Hunting Gear List

Hunter orange helps the hunter to be recognized and makes the job easier to the rangers. Fluorescent blaze orange or fluorescent chartreuse are the most proper colors.

Land

Whenever you go for a license, it is strictly written which is your area of hunting, or your territory. There are private lands and public lands.

Private lands are very rare unless you live in a forest and have some part of the forest defined by the law. This is the best choice because you can train on your own and collect everything on your own.

Public lands are regulated by the state laws of every country. You can pay a farmer to hunt on his land, or you can join hunting clubs – this will enable you easy access to a dog, tree stands, huts, foxholes

Camo

The best option if the bag color is camo, and less popular variations are olive green or black. Other colors are not recommended since you are very easy to be seen.

Boots

Good boots need to fulfill two criteria – it must be waterproof, you are moving down the mud, creeks, rain, drizzle… and the second criterion is height – no lower than the first third of your fibula bone (better leg protection). Knife and honing stone
